In this post we are going to see how to change the default language
in windows 7. In our laptop default language set by the elcot is tamil.
If you open your vlc media player you can see the menus in tamil language.
If you feel it's very hard to control you can change the language
easily to english.
All you have to do is just open your control panel
Then click on the Region and Language
in Formats tab click on the drop down menu.
now change it from Tamil(india) to English(india).
Now you see the menus in english.
